What is OEM/ODM manufacturing and how does Novacare help?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we manufacture products to your brand specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we also design the product for you. Novacare offers both — we manufacture over 18 categories of home appliances under your brand, with full support from concept design through to production, quality control, and packaging.

What products does Novacare manufacture?

We manufacture gas stoves, induction cooktops, infrared cooktops, electric kettles, rice cookers, mixer grinders, juicer mixer grinders, hand blenders, nutri blenders, choppers, sandwich makers, pop-up toasters, OTGs, air fryers, irons, garment steamers, room heaters, gas water heaters, immersion rod heaters, and mini fans.

What is your monthly production capacity?

Our Barhi, Sonipat facility has a combined monthly production capacity of over 1 million units across all product categories. Specific per-product capacities range from 10,000 (Mixer Range) to 200,000 (Iron) units per month.

Where is Novacare's manufacturing facility located?

Our facility is located in Barhi Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana – 131101, India. The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art production lines including injection moulding, sheet metal press-shop, automatic powder coating, cable manufacturing, and toughened glass printing.

Do you export internationally?

Yes. We export to 5+ countries globally and provide export-ready packaging along with complete logistics support. We serve international brand partners and distributors across multiple regions.

What certifications does Novacare hold?
